Flashback® Fluorescent UV Cloth Marking Tape is a bright, hand-tearable neon cloth tape designed for temporary stage marking, event layouts, colour coding and visual reference marks. The fluorescent colours stand out clearly in normal lighting and become especially vivid under a UV light or blacklight.

Ideal for theatres, production companies, events, workshops and creative installations, the flexible cloth backing can be torn by hand and written on with a permanent marker. Use it for stage positions, prop marks, equipment identification, backstage organisation, case labels and other temporary visual references.

Choose from pink, green, yellow and orange in 12mm, 24mm or 48mm widths. Every roll contains a full 25 yards / 22.8 metres of tape and is held in UK stock for fast dispatch.

Is this fluorescent gaffer tape?
This is a hand-tearable fluorescent cloth marking tape suitable for many applications commonly associated with fluorescent gaffer or gaffa tape, including temporary stage marks, equipment identification and colour coding. Adhesive behaviour varies between surfaces, so always test before use.

Does it glow in complete darkness?
No. The tape is fluorescent and UV-reactive, so a UV light or blacklight is required for the strongest visual effect. It is not photoluminescent glow-in-the-dark tape.

Can the tape be torn by hand?
Yes. The cloth backing is designed to tear easily by hand for quick application.

Can I write on it?
Yes. The surface can be labelled using a permanent marker such as a Sharpie.

Will it remove cleanly?
The tape is intended for temporary marking, but removal performance depends on the surface, temperature, pressure and time applied. Always test a small, inconspicuous area first. Particular care is required on painted, polished, coated, porous or delicate surfaces.

Can it be used on floors and stages?
It can be used for temporary reference marks on suitable clean, dry surfaces. It is not anti-slip tape, permanent floor-marking tape or certified safety tape. Press the edges down firmly, inspect regularly and test the surface before use.

Important Information

Apply only to clean, dry surfaces free from dust, grease and loose material. Remove after short-term use. Adhesive residue may occur if the tape is exposed to heat or left applied for an extended period.
