Which Sponge Tape Should I Choose?

EPDM sponge tape is likely to be the better starting point
Based on your answers, EPDM’s combination of weathering, ozone and UV resistance makes it the more appropriate of our current sponge materials to consider. It is widely suited to general sealing, gasketing, cushioning and weather-exposed applications.

Silicone sponge tape is likely to be the better starting point
Based on your answers, temperature resistance appears to be the main consideration. Silicone sponge is generally the more appropriate of our current sponge materials to consider where elevated-temperature performance is required.
