All products sold by Flashback Industries Limited, trading as Flashback Tape, including but not limited to EPDM sponge rubber tape, felt tape, copper tape, reflective tape, anti-slip tape, double-sided tape and other adhesive or specialist materials, are intended for use as described in the relevant product listing.

Products should not be assumed to meet any specific industry grade, legal requirement, road-use approval, fire rating, safety standard or certification unless this is clearly and explicitly stated in the product listing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the product is suitable for their intended use, surface, environment and application before purchase and use. Customers should follow all relevant safety guidance, local laws, workplace rules, road regulations and industry standards where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs clearance, incorrect delivery details, events outside our control or local restrictions in the destination country.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling charges or import fees that may apply to their order.

Section 5 - Risk and Ownership

Risk of damage or loss in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided, or otherwise in accordance with applicable law.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment for the products and any applicable delivery charges.

Section 6 - Returns and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

After informing us of the return or cancellation, goods must be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Please include your order number, proof of purchase and a short note explaining the reason for the return and the action required, such as a refund, replacement or alternative item.

Returned goods will be inspected after arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged, altered, fitted, contaminated, cut to size, returned incomplete, or is no longer in a resaleable condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied by us, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods. This includes situations where the incorrect item, size, colour or quantity was ordered, or where the product is no longer required.

For business customers, return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a demonstrable error on our part or another legal requirement applies.

Outbound Shipping Costs

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, for example if the wrong item was sent or the product is faulty.

International Returns

For international customers, return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or associated charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Custom-cut, made-to-order or specially prepared items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
