General Safety Disclaimer

All products sold by Flashback Industries Limited, trading as Flashback Tape, including but not limited to EPDM sponge rubber tape, felt tape, copper tape, reflective tape, anti-slip tape, double-sided tape and other adhesive or specialist materials, are intended for use as described in the relevant product listing.

Products should not be assumed to meet any specific industry grade, legal requirement, road-use approval, fire rating, safety standard or certification unless this is clearly and explicitly stated in the product listing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the product is suitable for their intended use, surface, environment and application before purchase and use. Customers should follow all relevant safety guidance, local laws, workplace rules, road regulations and industry standards where applicable.

Flashback Industries Limited accepts no liability for damage, injury, loss, failed installation, legal consequences or compliance issues resulting from incorrect selection, improper use, misuse, unsuitable application, poor surface preparation, unauthorised resale, misleading rebranding, or failure to follow relevant safety guidance or legal requirements.

Non-certified reflective tapes must not be resold, described or represented as certified, road-legal, vehicle-approved or suitable for regulated applications unless the product listing specifically confirms the relevant certification or approval. Flashback Industries Limited accepts no liability for misuse, incorrect claims or misleading rebranding by third parties.

Product Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

After informing us of the return or cancellation, goods must be sent back within 30 days in their original, unused condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. Please use a secure delivery method and include your order number, contact details and a short note explaining the reason for the return and the action required, such as a refund, replacement or alternative item.

Returned goods will be inspected after arrival. Refunds, replacements or exchanges may be refused if the item has been used, damaged, altered, fitted, contaminated, cut to size, returned incomplete, or is no longer in a resaleable condition.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.
  • Where a replacement is agreed, we will normally cover the cost of sending the replacement item within the UK.
  • For orders outside the UK, additional postage, customs charges, duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Custom-cut, made-to-order or specially prepared items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
