Product Description
Flashback® Red & White Prismatic Reflective Tape is a bright, self-adhesive acrylic tape designed for general visibility, hazard marking and outdoor identification.
The alternating red and white prismatic segments reflect direct light from headlights, torches and other light sources, helping make gates, posts, poles, driveways, signs, barriers, equipment and other fixed objects easier to identify in low-light conditions.
This red and white reflective tape is suitable for private property, yards, workshops, warehouses, entrances and other general applications where increased visibility is useful but certified reflective material is not required.
Please note: This is a general-purpose reflective tape. It has not been designed or tested to meet the recommendations of Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual and is not approved to UNECE Regulation No. 104.

Road and Vehicle Applications
This product is intended for general marking on private property, fixed objects and suitable rigid surfaces. It is not intended for use as a mandatory reflector, regulated vehicle conspicuity marking or roadworks vehicle marking.
Vehicle regulations control the colour, position and type of reflective material that may be fitted to road-going vehicles. For this reason, we do not recommend applying this alternating red and white tape to road-going vehicles.
For HGVs and trailers where approved conspicuity marking is required, please use suitable ECE104 Reflective Tape.
For highway, roadworks or traffic-management applications, use products specifically designed to meet the relevant requirements and recommendations.
Clothing and Fabric Applications
This self-adhesive tape is designed for rigid surfaces and is not recommended for clothing, flexible fabrics, washable garments or PPE.
For garments and fabric projects, please use a suitable sew-on reflective tape.
How to Apply
- Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, wax, polish and loose material.
- Cut the tape to the required length or shape using scissors or a suitable sharp knife.
- Peel away the backing liner.
- Position the tape carefully before pressing it onto the surface.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the entire tape.
- Pay particular attention to the edges and corners.
- Allow the adhesive time to bond before heavy exposure, washing or cleaning.
- Test a small area first, especially on painted, coated or high-value surfaces.
