Product Description
Flashback® White Silicone Sponge Foam Tape is a self-adhesive closed-cell silicone sponge strip for sealing, cushioning, gasketing and gap-filling applications. It is made from white SIL16 silicone sponge with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing, making it useful where a flexible, compressible strip is required for clean, dry surfaces.
Silicone sponge is often chosen for applications where better resistance to temperature, UV exposure, ozone, weathering and moisture is required compared with many standard foam tapes. The closed-cell structure helps reduce water absorption and dust ingress, while the sponge body compresses to help seal gaps, cushion contact points and reduce vibration.
This white silicone sponge tape is suitable for a wide range of trade, industrial and general sealing tasks, including electrical enclosures, HVAC work, lighting installations, access panels, industrial equipment, automotive applications, marine environments, construction projects and general workshop use.

Application Guidance
- Apply to a clean, dry and dust-free surface
- Remove oil, grease, loose paint and surface contamination before application
- Peel back the liner and press firmly along the full length of the tape
- Avoid stretching the tape during installation
- Allow time for the adhesive to bond before putting the tape under load or compression
