Product Description
Flashback® Black & Yellow Chevron Prismatic Reflective Tape is a highly reflective self-adhesive tape designed for general visibility marking, hazard marking and outdoor identification. With a bold black and yellow chevron pattern and prismatic acrylic reflective surface, this tape helps make gates, posts, poles, driveways, barriers, equipment, signs and fixed objects easier to see in low-light conditions when illuminated by headlights, torches or other direct light sources.
This tape is designed for general unregulated use where increased visibility is useful, but formal certification such as Chapter 8 or ECE104 is not required. It is ideal for private property, driveways, yards, workshops, warehouses, barriers, gates, equipment and non-regulated vehicle or site marking.
Important: This product is not Chapter 8 compliant and is not ECE104 compliant. If you need reflective tape for HGVs over 7.5 tonnes or trailers over 3.5 tonnes where regulated conspicuity marking is required, use approved ECE104 Reflective Tape instead.

Left-Hand & Right-Hand Chevron Direction
Choose either left-hand or right-hand chevron direction. The tape is the same material, but the chevrons are angled in the opposite direction. Using both directions together can create a more balanced, professional chevron appearance.
Suitable Surfaces
This reflective tape is suitable for many clean, dry, smooth and rigid surfaces, including metal, painted metal, plastic, glass, UPVC, smooth painted surfaces, sign boards, gates, posts and general hard surfaces. Adhesion can vary depending on the surface condition, texture, temperature, exposure and application pressure. Always test first if applying to painted, coated, delicate, textured or high-value surfaces.

How to Apply
- Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, wax, polish or loose material.
- Cut the reflective tape to the required length, size or shape.
- Peel away the backing liner.
- Position carefully before pressing down.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the full surface of the tape.
- Pay special attention to edges and corners to help improve adhesion.
- Allow time for the adhesive to bond before heavy exposure, washing or cleaning.
- Always test first, especially on painted or high-value surfaces.
