Product Description
Our 8mm high-density EPDM sponge tape (approx. 120 kg/m³) delivers dependable sealing, cushioning, and vibration dampening in a wide range of general-purpose applications. Its closed-cell structure effectively blocks air, moisture, dust, and UV light, while the strong pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures clean, lasting adhesion on most smooth surfaces.
At 8mm thick, this tape provides extra compressibility and shock absorption — making it ideal for filling larger gaps, softening contact between surfaces, and reducing vibration in sheltered or protected outdoor settings.
Available widths: 10mm to 930mm

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does EPDM tape compare to neoprene tape?
A: EPDM is more resistant to UV, ozone, and weathering — ideal for long-term outdoor or semi-exposed use. Neoprene performs better in oily or chemical-heavy environments. If you’re sealing areas exposed to sunlight or weather, EPDM offers superior longevity. If oils or fuels are involved, neoprene may be the better choice.
