3M™ Diamond Grade DG³ Reflective Sheeting Series 4000 is a premium full-cube prismatic reflective sheeting designed for high-visibility signs, bollards, delineators, traffic islands, street furniture and demanding outdoor safety marking applications. Built for long-term external use, this high-performance reflective material offers excellent brightness and visibility where a certified, professional-grade reflective sheeting is required.
This material is suitable for regulated highway signage and other applications where a higher-grade reflective sheeting is needed, making it a strong choice for councils, contractors, highways work, commercial sites and professional sign makers.

Suitable surfaces: suitable clean, dry, smooth and properly prepared sign substrates. It is commonly used on aluminium and other approved sign-making materials. Surface preparation is important for best adhesion and long-term performance. Always ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, moisture, loose material or contamination before application.

How to apply
- Make sure the surface is clean, dry, smooth and suitable for reflective sheeting application.
- Remove dust, grease, moisture, loose material and any surface contamination.
- Measure and cut the reflective sheeting to the required size.
- Position carefully before applying pressure.
- Apply evenly, avoiding trapped air where possible.
- Press firmly across the full surface to ensure good adhesive contact.
- Follow any relevant project, signage or manufacturer application requirements where certification or compliance is required.
